Hi my name is Tate Guenard. I live in Montreal, am 19 years old, and am a graduate of Hurley High School. Currently, I’m in college pursuing a degree in graphic design. I was a 4-H camp counselor for four years under the direction of Neil Klemme. It was during these years that I realized I enjoyed working with kids and am pretty good at it! (Possibly because I’m secretly a kid at heart!) I have a charismatic and creative attitude and can relate to kids because of this. I’m the type of person who likes to think outside the box and I thrive in new and different situations. In group settings I will often play the devil’s advocate role and find that this helps kids gain perspective and see the world in a different light. I look forward to working for UW-Extension this summer and know it will be an adventurous and awesome time!
Welcome to the Extension team Tate!
