It’s the perfect time to start thinking about your New Years resolutions for 2022! So why not incorporate a new strength training routine in your life? With benefits such as reducing risk for chronic disease, increasing muscle mass and bone density, we have you covered! The FoodWIse program for Douglas, Ashland, Bayfield and Iron Counties is offering another round of FREE virtual StrongBodies class, which can be done in the comfort of your own home.
This is a free program for anyone 18 years of age or older. The hour and a half long class is scheduled to take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 am – 10:00 am, January 18 – March 10, 2022. Interested participants can join by phone, computer, iPad or tablet by registering HERE!
