Location: Little Finland, featuring Late Run Coffee
Time: 5:30 pm
The University of Wisconsin Extension and Late Run Coffee will host an interactive coffee workshop at Little Finland on Monday, December 30 at 5:30pm. The workshop will include samples of four different coffee roasts from different regions, including Ethiopia, Guatemala, Mexico, and a decaf from Colombia. Attendees will practice grinding and brewing the perfect pour over, learn about coffee culture and customs in Finland and each growing region, tour the newly renovated Late Run Coffee ambulance, and sample Finnish pulla. The workshop will be limited to 20 participants and will be free to attend, though a donation of $5 is suggested.
