Iron County 4-H Shooting Sports Club Pre-Registration is Open!

Discover precision, safety, and confidence with the Iron County 4-H Shooting Sports Club. Whether you are picking up a bow or rifle for the first time or aiming to sharpen your skills for statewide competitions, our certified program provides hands-on instruction in a safe, supportive environment.

Pre-register below to secure your spot for the upcoming season:

All regular club sessions meet on Sundays at 4:00 PM at the Snacktrack Shooting Range in Iron Belt, WI (location could change throughout the year).

  • September 20 (mandatory safety meeting)
  • October 11
  • November 15
  • December 6
  • January 3
  • February 7
  • March 7
  • April 4
  • May 2
  • June & July: Statewide Wisconsin 4-H Shooting Sports Competition Opportunities
  • August 1: End-of-Year Shoot at the Iron County Fair

Participants must meet Wisconsin 4-H age requirements as of the current enrollment year:

  • Ages 8–11: Archery & Air Rifle
  • Ages 12 and Up: Archery, .22 Rifle, & Shotgun
  • Enrollment: All participants must be enrolled in 4HOnline prior to attending sessions (more details to come in September).
  • Equipment: Equipment is provided, but members are welcome to bring their personal firearm or archery equipment. All personal gear must pass a safety inspection by certified leaders prior to use.
