Now Hiring Camp Cook for Iron County Summer Youth Camp

Are you ready to be the hero of camp? We are looking for an energetic, organized, and talented Camp Cook to fuel the fun at the Iron County Summer Youth Camp this July!

Based at the beautiful Trails End Youth Camp in Bruce, WI, this role is perfect for someone who loves the outdoors, enjoys working with a team, and knows that the best camp memories are made over a great meal.


  • Dates: Monday – Friday | July 20–24, 2026
  • Location: Trails End Youth Camp, Bruce, WI
  • Pay: $1,000
  • Impact: Feeding approximately 100 hungry campers and dedicated staff members.

As our lead cook, your responsibilities include:

  • Collaborate with the Camp Director to design a kid-friendly, nutritious menu.
  • Handle food ordering to ensure the pantry is stocked and ready for the week.
  • Lead the preparation of breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks.
  • Work alongside enthusiastic camp volunteers to serve meals with a smile.
  • Maintain a high standard of cleanliness. This includes daily sanitation of food prep areas and a thorough cleaning of the kitchen facilities at the end of the session.
