However, due to current COVID-19 restrictions and guidelines set by the CDC, American Camping Association and Wisconsin 4-H, WE ONLY HAVE SPACE FOR 45 CAMPERS (50% CAPACITY), currently enrolled in grades 3-5. SISU Endurance Team Running Club Registration is Open!

The SISU Endurance Team (SET) Running Club is starting it’s third season on Monday, June 7 from 6:00-7:00 pm at Miner’s Memorial Park. The SET Running Club is open to youth grades 5-12. Cost is $10 per person and includes a t-shirt. Pre-registration required!

Local Support Makes Camp Programs Possible

We couldn’t offer our summer camp experiences for our area youth without community support. The donations we have received this year are very much appreciated and will be used to enhance the camp experience for our youth. As we work our way through the pandemic and get a better understanding of what our summer programs will look like, it is always great to see the continued support of our youth.

The Wisconsin Master Gardener Program will be celebrating Master Gardener Volunteer Week April 5-9, 2021!
Master Gardener Volunteers are an important part of University of Wisconsin-Madison Extension Iron County.  Volunteers make a positive difference in our communities.  Through hours of community service by answering diagnostic questions, educating the public on horticultural topics, growing and donating food to local pantries, beautifying community spaces, conducting workshops, and more, these volunteers work tirelessly to make our communities an incredible place to live.
