Fixer Upper – Boat Edition 4-H Day Camp
Registration for this fun, new Day Camp offering through the Iron County 4-H program is now OPEN!
Fixer Upper – Boat Edition 4-H Day Camp is open to Iron County youth, grades 5 and up and will be taking place at Saint Mauds, Tuesday-Friday, June 25-28, 2024. Cost is $30.
Pack a lunch, snacks provided. Guided by skilled 4-H volunteers, students will learn about:
- Wooden boat anatomy & history
- Lumber species identification and uses
- Machine and hand milling techniques
- Steam bending wood
- Wood finishing
There is a 10 participant limit, so be sure to register early!
